Nobody wants Wesley Sneijder

Wesley Sneijder was one of the most sought after players in world football a couple of summers ago and made transfer rumours really boring by always being in them.  Now he's made them boring because absolutely nobody wants to buy him.

Currently frozen out of the Inter Milan side because he won't take a 33% pay cut on his monstrous wages, Sneijder has seen his transfer options reduced to pretty much 0 since that time ages ago when people liked him.  Too expensive, injured and with the dreaded tagline of a world class player, he's not even very good anymore, or at least is really out of form.  And I know that because I read it in an article by a real football writer.  In a way, his career is almost exactly like The Dark Knight Rises.  Last summer I couldn't wait to see it on my screen but then I realised that there are better films out there already and I really don't think I'd mind if I never saw it again.  He should make his career more like Fern Gully.  I've seen that loads
