England open 'centre for excellence', still won't win world cup

England have announced a new £105million 'Centre for Excellence' and I think this is nice because excellence means to excel at something and I hate spreadsheets.

That video is actually the best thing the England football team has been involved in and that song is awesome.  Hopefully for all you England fans, there will be an update in the future as this new school will help produce some top new players that can take penalties and understand that shagging your team mate's girlfriend is a bad idea.  They will also learn not to pay for granny prostitutes, won't be involved in drug test scandals, not cheat on their wives and not be Stewart Downing.

I don't understand why they need a special school for this stuff.
