Celtic finally win a game...

in the Champions League! Celtic defeated Spartak Moscow in the Champions League tonight to record their first win in the group stage in 19 attempts. To give you an idea of how many that is, there are only seven Police Academy films.

A long, long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away - a team called Celtic won a game of football. Many years later, after their arch enemies were banned to a distant planet which smelled of silage, they finally won another game. Tonight Celtic defeated the Spartak Moscow army 3-2, thanks to an injury time winner from half-man, half -shaggy giraffe Samaras.

As a reward for their achievement, Celtic have back-to-back games against Barcelona. Barcelona must be terrified at the prospect, imagine having thousands of pissed up Scottish-Irish people let loose in your city. I'm sure the Spanish police will keep things in order, they love a truncheon.
