Fulham completed a sneaky free transfer signing today, by snapping up Greek legend, Giorgos Karagounis.
At the age of 35, Karagounis still has a few tricky dribbles and cutting through balls left in his repertoire to help Fulham climb the table, even though in this picture he looks like Martin Jol found him unconscious on a beach. Sort of like if he'd been holding on to Harold Bishop as a floating device as he was thrown around the seven seas, or specifically the sea between London and Greece. I think it's called the 'lovely sea' and I would know, because I speak a small amount of Greek. I might not be able to hold any level of normal conversation with a stranger, but I do know the words for sheep and typhoon. One day I'll be the one in charge! MWa h HA AH
Interesting fact of the day: Karagounis once won Euro 2004.
