Rangers players aren't allowed to leave

This Rangers saga is just really boring now. I hoped by now they would have been cast into Mount Doom and the shire would be celebrating with fireworks and beer, it comes in pints. Instead they seem intent on dragging everyone else into the fiery pits. I have no idea what I'm writing. Something about five of their players who have signed deals for new clubs, not actually being allowed to leave.

Steven Naismith, Steven Whittaker, Steve Davis, Kyle Lafferty and Jamie Ness have agreed deals with new clubs as they were techincally free agents. Or I thought they were but actually they are not. Rangers are seeking compensation because they don't have a pot to piss in and as a result, the SFA cannot sanction the moves.

There are lots of boring rules and regulations and clearance will probably need to come from FIFA. Rangers will be wedged somewhere between what toilet paper to buy for the office toilet and what to have for lunch on FIFA's list of priorities. This Rangers situation sums up Scottish football, it's a big puddle of stagnant water that has been left to turn shitty and become infested with disease and flies. If something isn't done soon, everyone is going to shit themselves to death.
