Daniel Sturridge might have meningitis

Daniel Sturridge is apparently being treated for viral meningitis which sounds like just one of many diseases a professional athlete, or human, would like to have.

Viral meningitis is the kind of meningitis that just makes you really ill and doesn't kill you, which is good, because I had a friend who died of real meningitis when he was like 15, and that was lame.  And now that I think about it he also absolutely never passed when we played football, and would shoot at every opportunity.  So if meningitis is just code for 'ball greedy bastard' then that's what Daniel Sturridge has.  Oh, and meningitis.

He won't die, he's already said he still wants to play at the Olympics.  I don't know why either.
