Brazil doesn't allow you to drink beer within stadiums which is a good thing because those dudes are fucking insane. If you don't put a corner into the box well enough they have riots, and if they run out of pittodrie pies they have full on civil war. That last one is understandable though I guess.
The President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff has signed a bill which allows in principal the sale of beer in stadiums throughout the tournament. In no way was this completely influenced by either a huge bribe from Budweiser or the threat of his legs being taken away, it's just an idea he's had to help the country out during the 2014 World Cup.
Personally I think this will add an extra dimension to the tournament because I've never seen the army have to intervene at a football match yet and I think that would be nice.
