Alex Ferguson is happy Man City won the league

Sir Alex Ferguson accepted defeat in this year's Premiership with all the dignity you'd expect of an Aberdeen legend, offering his congratulations to Roberto Mancini's side.

The mind games didn't work in the end, because Mancini's thought deflector shields were so powerful that they actually rebounded and knocked him off his perch.  Ferguson took a time out in the corner of the ring and then offered this (BBC):
"On behalf of Manchester United I congratulate Manchester City on winning the Premier League,"
"It's not an easy league to win and anyone who wins it deserves it because it is a long haul."
So that's quite nice.  I bet he felt really pleased as they went around on a bus through Manchester to celebrate today.  In no way would that annoy him.  At all.
