Messi thinks Guardiola is Barcelona's most important person

Lionel Messi is not only the best player possibly ever but he's also very modest and respectful of those who have helped on his way to his elevated position in world football, like the scientists who built him and Pep Guardiola, who he claims is 'fundamental to Barca's success'.  I paraphrased that.

Barcelona have won all except three trophies that they've competed for since Pep took the reigns at the club and he has overseen the development of some of the greatest players in international football during this time.  Xavi, Iniesta and Messi are the standouts but without the master manager, young Lionel claims that the club would be nowhere near as good.
"His arrival [at the club] changed everything. Everything that has been achieved was achieved with him.[...]  It would be very difficult to find another coach who can achieve everything he has and who would make this team play the way he does. This is his team.''
Meanwhile somewhere in his house, Paul Ince contemplates the world he lives in and how he masterminded Barcelona's success as the all time great manager, using his patent pending techniques to inspire the Catalan entertainers to even greater success that anyone imagined possible.  You see, this is all actually a dream, this team we see before us.  You think Pep Guardiola is a genius do you?  Fool!  You missed the kick, you didn't wake up!  This is all:

You have no idea how long I've waited to use that picture.
