Paul Scholes is un-retired

Paul Scholes announced his decision to play football for Manchester United until the end of season, spending his first game back on the bench in today's FA Cup match against Man City.

The ex-England international has joined back up with his old team mates to help United through their current injury crisis and had this to say:
I've been pretty clear since I stopped playing that I miss it.
I'm looking forward to playing my part in trying to bring more success to this great club.
I would try and make a joke to go along with this about how old he is and how Ferguson doesn't want to buy any players despite clearly needing them, but Roberto Mancini already pwnd everyone by saying:
Q: What did you think when you saw Scholes on the teamsheet? Mancini: I told David Platt he was now on the bench”
Yeh, I can't beat that.  Kudos to you Mr Mancini.  Kudos.
