Oldham fans are idiots

Oldham drew Liverpool away in the FA Cup. Their fans were absolutely delighted about the prospect of an away trip to Anfield on a Friday night but with only 6,200 tickets available the demand was overwhelming. Fans queued up all night, braving the wind and rain to ensure they got a ticket. Two of them actually got hypothermia, idiots.

That is Oldham manager Paul Dickov serving tea to the fans who braved the elements. You can tell by the look on his face that he also agrees with me, they are complete idiots. The two fans both collapsed, one was taken to the hospital next door whilst the other was taken into the club shop to warm up. Our man in hospital is rumoured to have woken up and asked "have they sold out yet?". It's more likely that he woke up and vomited.

Our two heroes were joined by a few hundred others from about 4am so the whole thing was completely unnecessary.  They could've just woken up at 9am and gone down to the ticket office when it opened like a normal human being would have done.

We all love a happy ending and the game has now been played. Liverpool won 5-1 and they all lived happily ever after.

Except the Oldham fans who died.
