Southampton fan banned for being homophobic

A Southampton FC supporter called Joseph Webb has been banned from attending football matches for three years because he was shouting anti-gay chants at a football ground.  That'll teach him!

On top of the ban he was also fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 in costs - the equivalent of forty years of the average wage of someone from Southampton.  Nah, I'm only joking.  That's actually how much he makes over-charging old ladies to fix their roof.  I have no idea if he actually fixes roofs.  What I do know is that this ban from football will finally a put an end to his evil reign of terror where he spouts homophobic slurs during games because he has been banned, you see!  If I were him I'd be wishing there was just one easy way to get into football games so he could enjoy the sport he loves so much.  Anything at all would do.  Even if like literally anyone else in the world could buy you a ticket and then you could use this ticket to get into the same ground.  Until that day I suppose he can only dream.  And keep hating gay people.
