Gracious losers Manchester City have conceded that while taking 10 points from the "GROUP OF DEATH" is pretty impressive, they just weren't quite ready this year to compete properly in the League of Champions.
As I've said before, I love Manchester City because not only is it just like when I used to cheat in Championship Manager but it also just shows how completely stupid the game has become when the person with the most money 'should' win everything. But money isn't everything it seems, and perhaps the real core of football's values are what keeps teams like Real Madrid, Chelsea and Barcelona constantly in the top of the game's elite. Also it might be money.
Regardless, Roberto Mancini thinks the Europa League is still important, which is nice because at least that's one person. The minute I see a match on TV I get excited until I realise it's Fulham, but I persevere and watch anyway until about a minute later when I still can't work out who it is they are playing against. Also the picture on Channel 5 doesn't seem to be particularly great. I think it's safe to say that I might just be the greatest football fan on earth.
