European clubs that want Gareth Bale: Today, AC Milan

The ever-expanding group of Europe's elite that want to sign Welsh super chimp Gareth Bale has now grown to include Silvio Berlusconi's AC Milan.  Because there are no other left footed players in the world.

Bale running really, really fast
From The Daily Mirror:

Silvio Berlusconi has promised a summer of spending to turn his AC Milan side into Champions League winners - and Tottenham’s Gareth Bale is on the Italians' hit list.
The Rossoneri, who were knocked out in the second round by Tottenham in March, need just a point from their final three Serie A games to reclaim the title.
Berlusconi, who owns the club and is also Italian PM, said signing Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi was impossible because “the Spanish game is rich and has different tax laws”.

As with most of the tabloid transfer rumour sections if you actually read the article you'll see that there are no quotes linking the player in the headline with the club in the body of the text at any point.  If you do decide to read the article, look further into the tabloid paper and eventually you'll find pictures of naked ladies, and that is the greatest gift of all.
